I have a Hitachi 46D drive. I know that I am supposed to use Slax to get the drive into ModeB, but my computer has no reset button. Can i just hit Ctrl+Alt+Del twice? And if I have no croc clips on hand, is there a common household substitute?

Yes, you can do that, or you can also turn your computer completely off and back on - it doesnt matter. Once the drive is in modeB it will stay there until you turn it off. You can use anything that is conductive, speaker wire, etc...

I haven't flashed my drive yet, but I am trying to backup my copy of Dead Rising. I used Xbox Backup Creator v2.2 to get the game onto my comp. I used a Samsung DH-162C to accomplish that. I am trying to burn it with Xbox Backup Creator and a Sony DRU-800A DL burner. I was told that this drive is capable of burning 360 games. Im using Verbatim DVD+R DL disks. I keep getting this error within the first 15 seconds every time.

I just downloaded CloneCD. It is writing the image I created with Xbox Backup Creator. But it is showing that it is using 0% main buffer and 0% sub-buffer. Does this mean im basically burning a coaster? I am writing it at 2.4x if that matters.
