make sure you have the latest LT+ 1.1 on your drive and all updates etc should be fine to get for now
if you update you will need to re patch your AP25 games if you havent already but you knew that right?

^ Yes. You need to apply the AP25 patch on a backup which requires it, then burn it. In this way, you will be able to play that backup on your Xbox360 with LT+ and should be able to connect to Xbox LIVE without getting banned.
