Connecting w/ FlashFXP

I dont know how to connect using flashfxp can anyone tell me how. I know this is a dumb question, but when u connect using flashfxp, does that give you the option to delete stuff from ur xbox, and copy it to cd's, caz any i dont know of any other way, to transfer files. I am completely new to modding in general and need some help. Thanks in advance, Brian
