FIXED console arrived+need demon help.

sorry if this is the wrong section, over the few weeks months had people say if I got my console or not, well today it finally arrived after two months, was starting to get pissed, but all good now. wonder if anyone can help me how to work the demon, I wanted to do a nand back up with j-runner, but when I plug the usb in to the demon then to my computer I just get usb not recognized, I did do some googline... and understand you need drivers, then I saw demon should come installed with the drivers etc etc, then I saw a post saying switch demon to PC mode, is that still viable? any help would be great.

Rumor is he got it back weeks ago.... But that story wasn't dramatic enough.
