GENERAL console ban, possibly fixable?

I have an xbox that is console banned. If I purchased an rrod console, can I use some of the parts to get it working again? If so, what parts would need to be replaced?

Its Do able. Assuming its the same revision of motherboard you can take off the cpu and nand of the rrod console and put it in yours. But if you were going to do that it would cost a ton of money if you cant do it yourself, and you had mine as will just fix the rrod console and use that.

So in short, no you cant
