Hello,
I've done my 3rd rgh and searched alot on the forum to see what's going on but it's not booting anymore.
Here's what I did:
Soldered qsbs, took 2 nand dumps and compared, no difference. followed FiB3R's Glitch guide, got to the last part and flashed using xell.
At first, I tried to boot Xell from dvd button, it worked great, with a good glitch time. Then, I tried to boot to nxe. No video signal.
I've searched on the forum and tried to boot with hard drive, still no signal but I can boot Xell. I tought, maybe there's something wrong with the nand, but I'm able to close the console using the controller holding guide button for 3secs, up arrow and A. So the dashboard is running, there's just No video signal.
I tried with AV instead of HDMI but still the same and remember, Xell is showing up.
I told myself let's see if my original nand is still ok. Flashed it back using nandpro 3.0 with this command line:
Coolrunner glitches and console boot without video signal. I'm stuck.

Could it be my solderings? I had a hard time with the green cable "PLL BYPASS" when soldering it, but got it to stick well using flux and then I've put some hot glue on it. I did the same on two other boxes and it worked just fine. If this cable correctly soldered, can the console book xell?
I also verified the LDv's on original nand and on flash, but I did not update anything between reading and flashing... both nands show 11 on 360 Flash Tool.
Note: I'll take some pictures of the soldering later but everything is glued so we won't see if its bad or good for some points.
Any suggestion?
