Could you please describe the issue you're having better and provide pictures? Which TX products are you using?

CR4 xl.... I plug it in.. I get the red light. I press the button on the front RF board and nothing.... no response from the button on the RF modulator it will not turn on. I can take pictures of the soldering but I would have to take it out of the frame again

You will need pictures or nobody can help you.

Sounds like if it is a phat console and you broke STBY_CLK, wich would cause this kind of issue since the southbridge won't function.

What console type do you have? If its a phat running R-JTAG+ then it's the wire going to B point.

Are you using QBS? A easy bend could potentially break the trace if so, and if it's a wire install you could have touched the wire a bit to hard without noticing it. Gently desoldering the wire and clean the area and inspect it with a magnifying glass and/or a multimeter.

Edit: to slow. There are tuts on how to fix this, search and you will find.

Clear the trace from green coat between the text R4B6 and R4B24, and solder a wire between that trace and the resistor next to the torn pad and you're done :)

Just a tip...I would check to make sure the "left" leg of the resistor is still on the pad. I've had these lift before (not visible to the naked eye) so even soldering to it didnt fix, I had to replace the resistor. After you scrape the trace check continuity between it and the right side of the resistor to make sure.

you could defenitly do this without one of those overkill magnifyers, but im sure it would help to have one :)
