as the title says i have a falcon (one of the later ghetto jasper versions with no ram chips on the bottom)
it is on dash 14719 so i decided to give rgh 2.0 a go for the fist time.
anyway i removed the c15 cap from the cr and soldered the wires as per the published images with 10omh resistor on the cpu rst line.
i dumped the nand using jrunner and got 3 identical ones with no issues but when i attempted to power the console on with the stock nand still in place it doesnt boot.
now ive done enough rgh to know that on falcons the positioning of the blue wire normally causes this and to keep it away from the area underneath the coils so i disconnected the blue cpu rst wire to check it was indeed that and the console boots no problem.
since then ive tried moving it about, putting foil tape and heatshrink around it to try and shield it a bit and even using a different wire and keeping it away from the board altogether to see if i could get it to boot with the blue cpu rst attached but no joy. its not usually this difficult when glitching a falcon to get the console booting and ive not even started glitching it yet im just trying to get the console to boot with all the wires connected otherwise its pointless moving to the next stage.
anybody any ideas about this? i can stick up pictures if you want though im fairly certain its not the soldering as its only when i have the cpu rst wire connected that i have an issue and lets be honest its about the easiest solder point of the lot
