Because the JRp is not inside the console, look at my "diagram", JRP is not inside of the console

Does this clarify it? It's not the same install but think that the Adapter is there.EDIT:

Yeah, what you just posted is correct.
so wait Jr programmer doesn't get installed into the console, so when its closed you connect JR PROGRAMMER OUTSIDE to the adapter? is that correct? then USB to pc? from the jr programmer.? that's why I was lost because I thought it was... I thought it had to be solderd to the nand to work, I guess that's what the adapter is for.

Yes, you got it. But as I said before, installing a Demon would do the same for a lower price

You need your own USB cable, you won't even notice that the Ext Adapter is installed, just if you look at the back of the console.

With a Demon You'll see this.

The USB cable goes to your PC.

longer it is the slower I guess? could you suggest one?
I use one that came with a Tritton headset I bought for Xbox or one that came with a camera. If it's long, it may not work because the signal is lost.

You are welcome, just press that "Thanks" button at the bottom left of my post. If you need anything else just post it here.

BTW: before sending it, I'll just let you know that we are not sure if just reflashing the nand would work, I'd better first get it working and then install all that good stuff.

sending it too BL4K3, so your saying a nand flash might not fix it?
I have not seen the board myself, so I don't really know what is the issue. If it's not the nand, it might be the CR or the XCGPU (The CPU or GPU). But your console is in good hands now, BL4K3Y will sort it out.

BTW: Have you tried to boot XeLL again?
