Control Panel Painting?

I was curious if anyone new if it was going to be easy enough to dismantle the control panel. Otherwise it's not going to match my paint job, and that surely would be a tradgedy. [/url]

Yeah, I have the same question! My Xbox has a red X, and front panel, and it would completely suck if my x3cp didn't match.

dismantel the cp?? not really folowing you there. the x3cp is a whole new panel and everything is molded into shape including the lcd, usb ports, and the switch setting stuff. You could just paint that but ud have to be careful about masking everything up good.

system update question

while booting a backup of bad company 2, patched to wave 3, it says i am required to update in order to play the game.

is this the fall 09 update? my console is banned and the update does not apply (guessing because install files were removed with patch) but i can do it with a flash drive.

i have read some things about this update disabling non-microsoft HDD's. is there any truth to that? i got my HDD of ebay, says made in china so i do not think it is microsoft.

i can play mw2 and l4d2 no problem without asking me to update

yes that is true but you need the newest dashboard to play bf 2 so the choice is yours

Okay heres a question about this....

What if you dont have an interent connection to connect to but you have BFBC 2......or you dont play it online??? how are you supposed to update to the newest dashboard??

The install files for the update are on the retail copy of the game, or you can download it to your computer and do it with a flash drive or burn it.

Where does the update get installed to?
if i were to just get a memory card and install it to that could i continue using my HDD for other games?

thats why its doing the update thing its been removed by patching it so when it tries to update its not there so it keeps asking
