Control Panel Switch Causes My Box to FRAG

Can anyone explain this? When I plug in the white wire from the CP switch to the chip, it frags. If I go back to the original switch (the ghetto black one) it does not frag. It seems like the switch itself is actually causing the frag. Can anyone offer tips or suggestions?

Do what? The right banks? Which ones are the correct ones? I used to know it, but this panel is different (it only has 4 switches + protect, while the old one had 5. Is one pushed in, and two pushed in, and 3, 4, and protect are out?

NM. I got stupid and played with the switches, and left them pushed in. So, it did not work. I just pulled all of them out, and it works fine. My apologies for the stupidity.
