Controler not working

Noob question.

I Just installed the X3 CE and i see flash bios. my controler is pluged in and i am trying to HTTP flash my X3 but my controler is not working i ave no control

I can also not disable the chip and run the normal Xbox BIOS


Any help? would be nice

Make sure you use a stock Micro$oft controller in flashbios.
And what happens when you try to boot disabled?
