Controller Board Swap Quick Question

I have a Hitachi 47DJ That has Lite+v2.0
It has been having issues reading dvds
I tried cleaning it along with the Pot Tweak but it didnt work
I ordered a replacement Hitachi GDR 3120L just like my older drive but is a 59DJ model and NOT 79 Model

Can I just swap the controller board from my older 47DJ Drive and I'm good to go???

PS. Since I am a new member I have tried searching but havent found a definitive answer

Yes, you can put the 47 PCB into the 59 drive enclosure.
