RGH convert xsvf to jed?

im still using impact and an lpt cable to program my coolrunners. but im not quite sure how to convert the 2.0 xsvf files to jed so i can program them with impact. any help? google mostly told me how to convert jed to xsvf.

Why do you want to convery them in the first place? Just use the supplied .jed ones.

Although I thought impact can convert them.

The Xilinx labs toolkit can convert to/from but you need the full package IIRC, not just the IMPACT install.

thanks. i actually found the jed files in one of the packs released by tx. the one in the rgh 2.0 thread only had xsvf files. im all sorted now.

There is absolutely no need to install impact or convert those files

Just download Jrunner, choose LPT cable , your lpt port and it will flash the XSVF files without any problem

What version of .NET Framework have you installed? They're not incremental releases. 3.5 and 4.0 are different for example.

the 2.0.0527 or whichever # jrunner needs to run.
before it wouldnt open at all and complain about the .net framework.
installed the framework and it acts like its going to open, but never does.
its not really a big deal. i dont need it on the laptop. i only use that laptop for lpt programming anyways.
