hello
is there any problem with cool runners in Jaspers ???
i tried cool runner with slim ....really amazing and boot in 10-40 sec ...really more faster than matrix glitcher

but disappointed when tried with 4 jaspers ....all are 16mb nand ....all fail to boot ....

the red light stays on and the green blinks once every 4-5 seconds with no booting at all ....

i tried with wires soldered with and without QSB ....but the result is NO booting .....

i checked the wires 100 times ...all are fine ....

any tricks please ?????????

thats your fist issue, try building the ecc file manually using python.....most of the automated tools have problems in one way or another. The only one they I have personally found to great so far is 360_Multi_Builder_v0.3

I hate it when people post a dozen question marks at the end of a sentence ?????????

It shows an intense lack of intelligence.

Also explains how you didn't read the trouble shooting part of the instructions.

I spent most of a day bashing my head around my first RGH. It was a Jasper 16Meg with a Coolrunner. Initally a wire install.

Tried every tool I could to build the ECC file, tried the capacitor, tried the longer wire. Got it to glitch VERY occasionally, and managed to jot down the CPU key.

At my wits end, I then installed a QSB. I can now get it to Freeboot every time, but only by touching the pads on the Coolrunner.

(Have since installed on a slim, and works every time without a drama!)

These Jaspers are a pain.
