RGH cool runner and jaspers ....

hello everybody
i had noticed that old jaspers with CB 6750 is a pain to be glitched .....

but jaspers with CB 6751 are so easy to be glitched ...
i have tried 6 jaspers ....

all with 6751 are glitched so easily
but with 6750 .....not glitched till now .....

i didn't try 68nf cap yet with them

what is the benefit of 68nf cap ....is it for glitching or just speed up the booting process ????

did any body make RGH to jasper with CB 6750 without 68nf cap????

please help me

Put up all your info, pix, software used, what it's doing... More info the better but I think the cap is your answer or best shot. The cap can speed up the glitch and even make it glitch all together

I just finished up my 6750 jasper 256mb - it would glitch without the cap, but it would take several minutes on most attempts.

Just put the cap in today and now it boots nice and quick.

not sure about cb 6750 being a pain to glitch, this is my first time to do the RGH and the only problem i had was the position of the blue CPU_RST but that was easy to fix. no need for ceramic capacitors either, boots up 1 to 2 seconds every time.

yeah i see now that many sites buying the cap with CR for jasper problems .....


is changing the CPU_RST wire position amking a difference ????

yes, i had my wires going through the coils like in this picture and it wouldn't boot up, now that its repositioned it works perfect.
