COOLRUNNER Cool Runner Doen't boot xell

Hello guys ,

i tried to install a cool runner on my xbox 360 with this steps
my xbox is a jasper 256mb nand witch dash 14719
1. Soldering a nand-x pins in mb of xbox
2. Soldering a cool runner rev c in xbox too
3. Pluged a Nand-x in usb and the mobo in nand x and the cool runner on a nand-x after the drivers install.
4. Opened a J-Runner and readed the nand and all is read ok and compared ok
5. I pressed flash cool runner and all ok withou errors
6. I pressed creat ecc and all ok
7. i pressed write ecc and all ok
8. i disconect the nand x from cool runner and nand
9. i swich the cool runner for normal mode
10. i started the xbox and wait for 1 hour and the xell doesnt start
11. i tried to cut of 3.v of cool runner and install the original nand dump in nand but i recived this error
Nand status 0000000
and the xbox dont boot

How i dump original dump for xbox?
I can original dump witch no key of cpu?

I dont save but the only error a have recived is this
The nand status is 0x0000000
error

im away from console now but at home i can try again to see the error
