hi , guys
ok i got brand new xbox slim that i used
FiB3R's TX Glitch Guide
to hack it or what ever it called this time i actually successed doing that,
weld's perfect used hot glue 2 seal them...

xbox worked for 2 days then at the second day i started the xbox and while it working i went to the shower for about 15 mins the xbox was still running i got back and saw a black screen like nothing connected 2 the tv
situation at the moment :
-cool runner light keep glowing in red ( no blinking no green light)
-xbox light keeps blinking in green ( static blinking )
-no overheating ( heat sink dont warm up )
checked all electronic chips i saw ( no one of them heating .. while
-checked the capacitors - all in one piece everything is good with them
-checked for burnout resistors no black little spots..

*must important to mantion is that the box worked perfectly ( glitch worked games ran and all this..) ... i opened it right now and all the welding's on the same place nothing got disconnected , the hot glue didnt melted ..

sry for rusty english hope u understood my msg..

Check the coolrunner Phat-Slim switch, they sometimes could be not making contact. If still no success and so long you are sure of your wiring and soldering then you could re-flash your ecc image first and see if it will boot into xell.

That's provided that it doesn't boot into xell now when using the eject button.

First mistake was to dump crap over your solder joints. If your soldering was that bad that you needed hot glue them in place, you should have let someone else do it.

Now you've covered everything, you can't double-check any connections.

can i remove the glue without doing any damage?
No i would recommend you find a blow dryer an use low heat or a heat gun low heat cause if you try to just lift it off i am pretty sure there will be some thing coming with it you don't want....:eek2:

yes f you write your stock nand back to the 360 and disconnect the 3.3v it will boot the original nand, assuming you havnt damaged somthing else. putting GLUE all over any solder point is such bad thing to do, insulation tape would have been fine. Chances are if you pull the off the glue off you will rip off the resistors or trace. I think even if you heat it up to try removing the glue your not going to be able to remove it all without causing damage or you will be left with a layer of glue over the solder joint
