You may have damaged FT4R2. desolder the wire, clean it up and check to make sure it's still connected to the trace.

is not Relevant to me,my box show the red light on the middle of the button.

If I understand you correctly. Console show red light on ROL card whilst on standby power?

There are two points to check for continuity. One is the top side R4D4.

i checked that...have a continuty..
before i wrote the stock nand it flicking the green light(of the box) and not boot(only red light on the cr).
after i wrote the stock it stock on red light on the center of the power botton

it was in a fsd..i walking for a 15 min and back and buff..
like a dead..

Non related, but you can remove the hot glue with IPA, it makes the hot glue lose his "glue" properties.

yes.
he got a little warm..but the cpu not warm whole.
more points to Thought:
*sometimes the fan is turns very fast and back to normal rotation.
*sometimes when i click on the power botton he isnt start in one click..and not turn off in one click.

i start to belive that is a Coincidence between the cr install and my problem.(it's not my first install).

Southbridge should NOT get warm with standby power.

I believe you have a faulty component on your motherboard. Not easy to locate though.
