The CPU GPU and EDRAM temps are all important.

FreeStyle Dash can set a manual fan speed when it starts that keeps the fans at a constant speed. Alternatively you can change the target temps of your console, so your fans dynamically adjust to keep the console within those temps (Also doesn't rely on FSD to start).

You can change your target temps with 360 flash dump tool or build a new image with 360 multi builder. The options.ini (in data\my360) allows you to specify that.

My target temps are CPU - 60C, GPU - 60C, EDRAM - 65C.
All three's overheat temp is 80C.
