I got the same problem with my Xenon...........it will TRY to glitch ever 5-6 secs on the 7375 donor CB but sit there looking dumb on the 1940 donor CB with no green debug LED flash at all.
Till this day I have still not managed to get the darn thing to glitch but I am speculating that my Xenon may not be glitching due to the CB version of 1923 that it is currently on.
