CoolRunner abilities

guys i think i figured it out after confusing myself for like 2 weeks straight. I noticed a schematic in the RGH 1.1 by GliGli for building a jtag CPLD programmer and i'm going to be picking up the parts soon, so by my knowledge this will work with the coolrunner right?

You can pick up a universal jtag programmer that you can use on 100's of devices for 20 bux at diygadget.com TIAO universal jtag programmer.

I have one, but i assumed that TX was going to provide a flashing solution for there product as well.

i built my CPLD programmer, but now i have one last question to ask, I noticed on the item description that the coolrunner can be powered by the CK3, CK3 Lite, and CK3i. Well the issue lies in the fact that I do not have the money nor time to purchase one of these just to power the coolrunner for programming, so is there a way I can make some sort of home-made ghetto project wire that I can use to power the board?

please note that i do completely understand the coolrunner is not yet available.

atm - there is no public booter or homebrew....you can only currently run xell.....u will need to wait for homebrew to be released for it, then the possibilities are endless

You have GliGli's Mupen64-360 N64 emulator and they are busy with a Dreamcast emulator. So that is already something to run on the RGH. :smile:

You shouldn't condone piracy at all and it's not to be discussed on this site. Whether for profit ( Highly illegal ) or not it effects the developers which in return increases the cost for everyone else.
