Ever since I installed the coolrunner in my Falcon xbox I havent been able to attach my 3rd party fan system (Intercooler) cause my console wont boot. Is there anything I can do to keep my console extra cool with the coolrunner drawing that extra power?

You can set Fan Speed using FSD ,Dash Launch ,J-Runner(V2) !

or This (it will also work on retail nand)!

I thought it just saved in the settings for fsd and not to the console itself. Because if you remove the fsd file from your hdd and fsd does not boot at startup the fans are on auto.

Yeah it's like setting the game paths and saves in the fsd settings. So everytime you go into fsd the fan goes to what percentage is save into the settings.
