RGH Coolrunner capacitor value , please .

V105 capacitor. Google it!

SMD; 1uF; 35V;

it`s a short on the board somewhere and i don`t know where ... if i touch the cap with the multiM i have a short , i tried to switch it but no succes , same short ...

Caps will short though - maybe explain the issue you're having?

the problem is on the 2 capacitors marked in the picture ! when i am trying to measure them with multimeter it shows 0.00 on both ,i tried to replace them but same thing, so i think it must be a shortcircuit on the board !

i can`t program the coolrunner , and only the red light is turning on , no matter what i do , maybe the xilinx chip is fried or something?

of course , i programmed about 20 pieces until now , i don`t want to throw it away so i am trying to fix it ,i can`t send it back because i am in Romania , and i ordered them from US

Do you have another CR you can test against?

yes , i already test it , and works perfect , the 2 caps , both of them have values on multimeter , programming worked ok , no problem ! only this one is problematic

Have you tried supplying 3.3v from the other end (which gets soldered to the console) and setting it to NOR for programming?
