Coolrunner Debug LED always green

Hi!

Just bought a new CR rev. C and wanted to program it with my Nand-X. Did it about 50 times before, but on this one, the DBG LED is on, since connecting it. Power and Dbg LEDs are shining when i connect power to the CR. Programming it returns an error 0x0002.

What can it be? Broken?

constant green means that the chip is blank and isn't programmed. if it wont program perhaps its faulty or damaged?

ok, if it shows an empty chip, i will check the wires between my nand-x and the cr.
