are you using the wires that came with it? If you are make sure none of the wires have kinks in them. you want a smooth connection.

so I guess it doesn't glitch unless you do that??
that wire should be threaded beneath the slim mobo and nice and tight/straight(unless its the CPU_RST) - that's not the cable that came with it is it??
I certainly never have that much cable hanging around like that - well - except for the CPU_RST - which should be coiled neatly as per the diagram
get the cables tidied and post back with some pics

i think you should use the wires that came with the coolrunner and like what sk8boy204 said smooth out the wires between your fingers so they don't have kinks in them so they'll have a clean signal going through them.

blue was used but the same thing as kynar

the wires supplied are optimum gauge and length, so if you wan to get this working you need to start by using the correct wires first.
