There should be no JTAG wiring in an RGH box. Remove that and it should solve the problem (if in fact nothing is damaged.)

Ok. You need to take all those wires off. The wires in pics 1 and 2 are for the old jtag method and will cause the xbox to throw e79 unless it is jtagged. I suggest taking all wiring off the board and seeing if it boots with original nand.
Don't know if thats what you have already tried or if you tried to boot with those wires in place.

sorry people for delay in replying kids wore me out fell as sleep ......
anyway took all wires off and still same problem just sits there green light on and nothing the flutuation in power has stopped now but thats it but like I said i put the coolrunner yellow wire on the wrong end
