Hey all,

I am sorry for posting about this again because i am sure it has been posted but i couldnt find one.

Anyways, i installed the coolrunner, programmed it with falcon timing file, made sure all my soldering was good.

read nand twice, they matched, made eccglitch and wrote it to nand.

well when i turn the xbox on now to get my cpu key and dvd key but the coolrunner never glitches the system, the red light is on and then the green light blinks very slowly.

any help would be very appreciated! thank you in advance!

Most likely your wire positions.

You shouldn't have any problems with Falcons, they are the easiest to work with.;)

Will post pictures in the morning, and i also kind of forgot to mention that i messed up the standby point that you solder to with the orange cable. so i had to try the alternate point for it on the underside of the mobo and then screwed up the freakin alternate point. ripped up the trace that went from the alternate point to the other point. so i had to solder a wire to those two points. i will just post pics in the morning it will be easier to show you guys

Falcons are by far the easiest to glitch. Mine glitches every time within 2-5 seconds.

Yellow wire is completely on the wrong point

Judging by the first pic, i would say you have ruined that particular resistor. Too much heat.

Did you use flux?

Also the second picture (Green Wire) looks like it just a big ball of solder. There could be multiple bridges on it.

The 4th picture, again looks like a very dry joint. Needs clearing, flux and re-solder.

The fifth is not to bad.

I would say it is a serious soldering issue.

Just noticed, why is the blue wire in the picture three times on the third picture. And going round the x clamps?????

This is how it is supposed to go

Read install tut glitch fail  like Goldensavage said that resistor looked damaged, I'd de-solder every thing and clean up the board, Then see if your 360 still works. I don't mean to flame...But I don't think you have the skill set to attempt something like this, Best advice if your machine still works, Give it to someone who's done rgh\jag before (successfully)
