CoolRunner No green light, NEED HELP!

It is always a good idea to take out all the coolrunner cable connections from the Mobo and connect those cables again, make sure you clean those (A,C,D) with IPA(ISO Propylene Alcohol).

UPDATE:
I think the yellow wire might have not been soldered, now this is a might... So will soldered it back and test.

Yellow connection on the MB looks a bit dodgy re-flux with good quality flux and re-solder.
are you using lead based rosin cored solder, i find multicore to be the best.
I would personally put the blue wire the other side of the coils amd mounting hole.
Also no green light flashing i have found to be the green wire
(pll_bypass) with no connection, de solder it clean with acetone to remove old flux residue and try and get as close up image as you can, you may have broken the via hole connection without knowing (easiest to break, I've done it and have a lot of experience), so you may heave to do that fix with the alt points.

Tip: DO NOT USE Acetone on anything on your console period, you could expose the traces, it will eat up all kinds of materials, just use alcohol it's safe.
