CoolRunner Programming : Device Not Found

Hi, my name is Cade and I am having trouble programming my CoolRunner... I am using a J-R Programmer. I plugged the USB in the J-R Programmer and I connected the Programmer into the CoolRunner. I am on J-Runner and when I go to Program CoolRunner Square I hit USB and hit the button then this other menu comes up it tells me select my RGH2 Motherboard, I select Trinity. I do not have Demon so I do not check it, I hit "Program CR" and it tells me device not found... Help please? Thank you guys in advance.

Yes, it says
"Bootloader Attached"
"Bootloader Version: 1.0.5"

In device manager, it doesn't even show the J-R PROGRAMMER any more... :C

What OS is your computer running? Also you have been asked to snag a pic of your cool runner, so make sure to do so please.

Make sure you dont have your jr programmer in boot loader mode.
The switch in this picture should be in the position shown.
