RGH Coolrunner question

I try to install my coolrunner on my falcon but i fall. thei i solder it correctly to my zephyr xbox and i dump the nand correctly. but know went i soldered my coolrunner my xbox wont start WTF!!! i take of the coolrunner and its not starting up... that 2 xbox in a row and i dont have any money to buy one (im 17) what can i do

Take a picture of all ur soldering cause u may have points bridged

We need more info. Pics of areas that install was attempted. What's the color of the light on the power brick. Did you flash original NAND back after writing to it.

I had this same problem, make sure after you flash your NAND to unplug your xbox for 30 seconds. Sounds crazy, but it works

Check area around stby_clk for lifted pad or for missing or loose resistor.

the light of the power brick is orange and the coolruner red and green

If the coolrunner is solid red and solid green then it didn't get programmed.

i dint program it cause my nand-x is 2.0 im going to send it to xconsole so they can upgrade it

It looks like from pic that stby_clk point was damaged.

i think is that my 2 xbox got that part damage. going to try to fix it know and let you know what happen

Good luck to ya. I've fixed 2 of those myself and it's a bit of a bitch but just be patient and calm and you'll get it!

Just a suggestion if you're going to continue with the RGH, if you get it repaired and it is booting, hot glue it and solder your stby_clk to the alternate solder point. I did that and it worked like a charm.

yeah i was so nervous that i take a slim cable cut it and solder it and wala now i have to go to my neighbor and ask the for hot glue
