ANSWERED Coolrunner Rev B Question

It's suppose to have the cap onboard, I think I see the correct one. But want to make sure I bridge the right connections.. I looked at the stickies and did not see anything about this. Can someone post picture which to points I'm suppose to bridge? I have jasper that is having long boot issues.. Want to try this before I try go thru and check my points again..
