Coolrunner Rev C help

I am trying to program my coolrunner with jr programmer but when i connect the two chips together my computer can no longer find the j r programmer and the green light goes off. This is for rgh2, trinity?

This is how it is connected now but when the coolrunner wasn't connected to the xbox it still did not work

Make sure the coolrunner edge switch is set to prg and the Xbox power is off when connecting the jrp

It's a clone coolrunner. So sorry, no support for fake/clone chips on here.

un solder the ground and 5v connections and the connect the jrp v2

if it didn't work before you soldered it in, you should not have installed it..

yes but i thought there would be a simple answer about what i was doing wrong etc.

The simple answer is that its not a tx chip

Use an ace chip and program it using the jrp v2 to work with a Trinity (the weekend modder has a video), if you don't want want to spend the money on a cr4 but u won't get support here
