Do I need anything else (except for the QSB if needed) to get my XBOX (with latest Dashboard; not Jasper but Phat with HDMI) to work? Maybe I#m blind but I don't find anything about it.

If you get the rev C CR you should be fine as long as you have a device to read the NAND.
If you get a rev b you will need to remove cap c-15 and add a a 10 ohm resistor. There are more steps for Jasper's. I think it involves bridging a cap.
Just grab a CR rev. C and you're golden.
