ANSWERED Coolrunner stopped glitching

I have checked every connection with a multimeter, they all seams ok.
I have re-solderer the black wire, so it is much better now.
The problem where the same before I messed up stdby_clk, so it dont have anything to do with that. Also the fix is good.
If I remove power and video cable and re-connect hem it glitches instantly. If I want it to glitch again I have to remove booth cables again. If it where the soldering then it would be strange that it glitches instantly when reconnecting those cables?
