RGH coolrunner wont glitch

when i turn it on red light is on but no green light
its a slim i flashed the ecc file so i could get the cpu key
can some one help me

Yes, images of your install would be good.

Slims are picky, you need to alter the CPU_RST wire length (long blue wire) to optimise the boot timing on most Slim consoles.

yes with jtag tool nom and slim

Try taping the GND wire down and moving the CPU_RST wire away from it.... I found that improved boot times, it may also help the console to boot from a "blank" state.

Also, I can't see the CPU_RST wire, can you take an image of it's position please (on the underside of the board).

No, the green LED not blinking is usually signs of bad soldering, wrong/corrupt/no ECC written to the NAND or even wire positioning/length on Slim consoles.
