Coolrunner won't program

Hello


Updated nand x to 3.0 with no problem, now i am plugging in the nand x to coolrunner cable to program it and as soon as i plug the coolrunner into the nand x, the lights on the nand x are going out, any ideas?

Faulty cable?
Faulty Coolrunner?
Bad Programing? tried re programming js'in.

Any ideas what the issue is? or how i can get past it?

i have used the official nand x to coolrunner cable..

coolrunner also gets extremely hot when the lights on the nand x go out.
so hot i just burnt my thumb on the bottom of the coolrunner, no lie.

Im sure you already made sure of this but are the wires going to the right pins? In otherwords, the part that is flat is facing up on the coolrunner side?

they said they had a bad batch check your cable for incorrect pinout..
