I did the following:

Installed NandX (wire install) onto the motherboard.
Read the Nand 4 times and compared (No errors)
Updated the Nand
Updated Coolrunner with timing file for Zephyr
Installed Coolrunner (wire install)

Put everything together booted up xbox Solid green light
Coolrunner has solid red light and a green light that flashes every 30 or so sec

This continues for about a minute then I get 3 red lights on xbox. I tried moving wires around, checked to make sure there are no shorts and still no luck. Please help.

Zephyr's have been a pain in the arse to glitch from day one, to be honest if it isn't booting now I don't think it will after tweaking.

Your best option is to get a Falcon, Jasper or even a Slim if you can afford one.

I ended up installing it on my slim which is done and running now. I have a Falcon and Zephyr that can be fixed and maybe someday I will. Thank you both for your assistance

Where you run the wires is VERY important. CPU_RST is very sensitive. Keep it nearer the X-Clamps.
So we would run the blue wire up along the x-clamp as opposed to further away? Opposite as shown in the TX tutorial?
