is there any why to copy partition f and put it in my new hd with the x3 i tryed to ftp back the game form my comp but they end up not working.

Yes, topgun1 needs to give us some more information. I'm guessing this is a new HDD.
There are a lot of tutorials on this subject - try xbox-scene.com ... this is not an X3 question.
It takes more than copying a game from one HDD to another - how did you do this, did you FTP as inary or ascii, what FTP app did you use, how did you prep the new HDD, did you copy the game saves fromt he E: partition to the new E: partition.

my assumption is, he's asking if you can plug the new hd inplace of the dvd drive and directly copy the files from partition to partition. IE:
Copy IDE1:C to IDE2:C
Copy IDE1:E to IDE2:E
Copy IDE1:F to IDE2:F
as an alternate to having to temporarily bounce it off of a computer or another xbox with an FTP app. i had been wandering the same but gave up trying to find out.

I'm pretty sure you can't do it like that for the obvious reason you can't tell the xbox how to differentiate between 2 C partitions.

Hey is there a difference between LT 1.1 and LT+1.1?
I see LT Plus 1.1 on here but I know 100% I have LT 1.1 on my drive... downloaded from xbins and flashed with the MRA hack which I have done hundreds of times. The console is about 1.5 years old but was never modded and never really played at all and never on live so it cant be flagged.
Games are patched with ppfomatic AND abgx and burnt today so they are AP2.5 really with all the checks in place.... the games booted up perfect. Then I updated my dash to play on LIVE and they won't boot up at all.
I verified the games are AP2.5 with the lastest patches so what can be going on here? I have been modding since xbox1 and done hundreds of 7-93450c lite ons without a hitch. This is my OWN console.... WTF!!!

If all the ap25 patches are up to date, make sure it is Lt+1.1 you flashed to your drive. And not LT1.1 again. I don't mean to insult your intelligence, but it does happen
