copying flash bios to a cd/dvd disc?

ok i have a mac ..

i have the flash bios i need
i tried to burn a disc -------no luck
just confused about the burning part (does anyone have a tutorial for mac preferable the toast burner ??

i tried to add in the options from a tutorial that i found on necro
they're different

i waisted 6 discs guess and checking already

You should never have a need to burn flashbios to disc. What are you trying to do? if its a new install then you want an X3 bios not flashbios.

not sure what ones for me??

my card when loaded says FlashBios 3.0.1

use x3_3294.rar unpack it and select the right version for your xbox:

x3_3294.bin for version 1.0-1.5
x3_3294_v16plusbin for version 1.6+
