Copying HDD

My uncle has just modded his xbox, and i wanted to do mine, is there any way that i can take all that software that he has on his and send it to my hdd? I know this is a dumb question, but everytime i've tried it so far, when i boot it up, i get error code 13 (something about the dashboard) Even though it boots w/ Evo X.

i take you have a modchip in yours

basically it sounds like your dashboard is messed up, to fix it download slayers 2.6 anduse the ms dash restore option from it

i would also highly recommend that you get rid of evox and change to unleashx that has a built in game copier and loads of other options
