copying xbox hard drive contents to another empty xbox hd???

Hi is there a way to copy or transfer my files from my 120 gig xbox to 200 gig hd WITHOUT USING THE XBOX CONSOLE?

I guess the only way is using a PC running xboxhdm, with both hdd conected.

You can search x-scene forum for more info on this tool, ok?
