looks and sounds like the Xecuter, aside from the "open source os" which is probabally just a souped up cromwell.

Its the beginning for a new kind of XBox modchips, with their own open source Community.

isn't cromwell already opensource?
this OpenSource bios won't be launching any xbox games if i understand cromwell right, that's what makes it legal.
if you want to play xbox games you'll need to flash an executer or evox bios.

i can confirm that the open source OS is a copied cromwell, they didn't even change the name in the code when they compiled it. They probabally just compiled it straight from the code, with only cosmetic changes. man i can make my own legal opensource os too!!!

this sounds like BS to me, why xbox-scene.com has this on the front page is beyond me. seems they are trying to be a mix between xenium (open source "OS" claims) and use a name that sounds like Xecuter so people will buy it.


i wouldn't buy one!

HAHA look at the screen shots, you wolder the D0 wire directly to the chip, WOW and the LPC connector is so cheap, I feel sorry for the many people that will buy that chip and F up. May many xboxes RIP.
