Update:
Flash conversion is successful. Initially when I've tried to read new SPI with USBJTAG NT i've got zeros in the content of the dump. So I've tried to apply pressure (with the my tumb on it) on the SouthBridge chip and I've got readings and proper content from the flash.
Question to Gurus here: With 4GB Nand flash configuration I was able to read the content with SDcard. Is southBridge in that case essential (does cold joints have affect) for succesfull readings, or the 4GB nand flash is autonomous for read/write operations ?
Conclusion: Either SouthBridge or GCPU have "cold" joints and have to be reflowed/reballed. I can deal with SouthBridge, but if the problem is GCPU, as I don't have proper stencil for this kind of BGA chip...
