Hi guys, I remember before TX came out with their QSB's a lot of us were making our own readers with a USB SD Card reader.

Now, I am currently teaching my friend how to solder (I know it's either you can or you can't) but he's doing pretty well so far. Now, he wants to RGH his Corona 4GB, normally I'd do it for him. However he wants to do it himself, but is more comfortable with Direct Wiring. So he wants to have a more permanent reader. I advised him that he could use the TX QSB and directly wire it with that. But he thinks the pads are too small (Silly I know)

I remember seeing some users making DIY USB reader's with a Blue USB device (can't remember the brand of it) but it had pads on it that looked easy enough to solder to, and he would like to use something like that.

Can someone link me to that one, or is there another similar one that we can use.

Or even if someone had a pre-made one that I can buy for him, that would be great.

Cheers, Guys.

Thanks, I'll wait for a few responses first, don't wanna waste money on something if there is another better.

I believe they are about half the size of the 4gb points on the mobo
Sounds like a winner. Ordered one up, but it comes from Hong Kong. So it might be a while. But purchased the T-Flash one that John posted also. Time to see if I have some spare 70ohm resistors now. Thanks everyone.
