i have the same problem . i have write the dgx ecc and i have take the cpu key from the console .. now i can only write the stock nand to boot fine . when i write the freeboot image glich endless forever with any timing files and any wire i have try .

after you answered my question i was immediately able to get the key i think 3648 mb is the correct size as i already got it to work. what software did you use to create the image ? i used jrunner to create a 16202 image, at first i noticed that the crystal isn't making any chirping noise like usual, and the cr debug led stopped blinking but it didn't boot up. So i reflashed the original nand.bin to test if everything was till working fine. and it did so what i did was to reflash the updflash.bin back to the console and turned it on after a while it booted right up. still crystal has no chirping sound. i already had issues flashing several times with diffrent consoles (not a version 4) i just reflashed the image and everything is well. hope this helps

i have made all that you write more the 3 times with diferent wire and everything . and here is the proof

it just these console beats me no problem maybe in the future something elese we discover ..

wow that is a lot of mess there. i have already made 5 units so far and all is working fine. your right that could be an isolated case that i might ran into in the near future.
so far i have experienced a console that has a garbled xell it does boot up but everthing is garbled when i view it in the comport monitor and a about maybe 8 consoles that are stuck in the loop meaning xell partially boots. but those issues were addressed by alternate xell, and the other units with dgx.
