I've gone over this board and there are no signs of ware. I can't see any shorts or anything. I honestly don't understand why its not booting.

I bought it on Ebay expecting it to be hardware related, like maybe his power brick or something but no. It doesn't even make a sound. I tried a different RF Module. Nothing. I just don't know where to begin to look. Its a MW3 edition(don't think that matters that much), so it has the upgraded speaker. The manufacture date is 9-24-2011.

The guy said he went to go boot up and it just didn't turn on. There was 0 sign of it being dropped or water touching the board.

Have you checked for standby voltages on the board (3.3V and 5V)?

Does the light on your power brick change colour when you press the power button?

EDIT: To be fair, you were told in your last thread that buying faulty consoles is risky business and since this is the Team Xecuter product support forum, there isn't much we can do for you.

I politely advised you last time this was NOT a repair site, but a TX product support site. You then decided to re-post the same content in a new thread.

Take your 24 hour timeout and re-read over the rules you agreed to initially when signing up.
