This Xbox was working with DemoN before I put it into the case. After it was put in the case, it wouldn't boot, I could just hear the click sound, no lights. I removed the motherboard from the case and only once after several attempts it booted.
So I decided to check connections and while removing Demon I lifted points WE, ALE, CLE, RE. I tried to fix them by wiring from nand directly. Went bad again because I lifed RE point on nand. Then I removed everything (coolrunner, demon, all wires except those to nand) and wrote original nand. Same problem: beep and no lights.
Since there is a small trace left going from the nand I thought I might wire it on the back of the motherboard. Didn't work.

Any ideas how to fix this?

The best advice you are going to get

Send it off to get properly repaired. Take my advice as you like but all the other repairs gourmet have attempted have caused further damage. Might still be salvagable in its current state.
