What wires?
For the NAND-x or JR-Pv2? They're in J-Runner. Also in the NAND-x section of the forum. Surprised you didn't see them before.
For the Proto v2? They're in the installation and tuning guide - not to mention posted in this thread.
You've not stated what wires, so please help us help you.

They are in the J-Runner app. I've said this already.
Images -> NAND-x Slim -> NAND-x Corona install.
The NAND points and colours are the exact same as the JR-Programmer as they are with the NAND-x.
I literally cannot help you any more than this.
