With just your created dummy retail upflash bin written to the console no ECC should red dot after 30- seconds
Let me do a couple test for the Blue Cpu-rst wire

With your meter set to Ohms and the blue and green wire disconnected from the CR-4
Black meter lead to ground
Blue wire should yield 53.0
Green wire 2.000
With the Meter red wire to ground and Black lead to pad D on CR-4 (yield should be 52.0

I am not convinced there is any problem with your CR-4 at this point
Your console should red dot with your created upflash bin
No red dot means you still have ECC written to the Machine or your console has a problem
Corona 4-G can get nand corruption ..It is very common..
Watch the writing status bar in Jrunner wile performing the write of the upflash
One of the symptoms is you can read the nand but not write to it

PM your Email address and I will send you one of my Nands to try

Okay. I did some testing on a good CR4 set to Slim. These are the results.

-------- Wires installed --------
  • C = 0 TO 1.1
  • M = 1.1 TO 0
  • D = 1.9
  • G = 1.9
  • E = 1.3
  • K = 0
  • A = 1 TO 0
  • B = 1.6
  • CR_EN = 3.3

-------- Wires NOT installed --------
  • C = 1.1
  • M = 1.8
  • D = 1.8
  • G = 1.8
  • E = 1.2
  • K = 0
  • A = 0
  • B = 1.2
  • CR_EN = 3.3

All these voltages are approximates and not exact measurements.

It's probably safe to say that if points like M and D read 0V then it's not programmed. Those points I believe are output pins and should have voltage on them until it's time to send the Reset command.

just tried and came out red dot

this is my result :
-------- Wires installed --------

C = 0
M = 1.91
D = 1.9
G = 1.9
E = unstable and dificult to get results ( have changed the cable and still unstable)
K = 3.35
A = 0
B = 0
CR_EN = 3.29

Disconnect all the wires from the chip expect 5V and GND and take measurements and compare to my readings. Since your getting 3.3 on the CR_EN and voltage on D and M then I'd say the chip is programmed.

so the light not blinking green
no, tried have played around with dips and still didn't get blinking green
